First Course Choices

o   Trevisano radicchio, Castelfranco, frisee, oranges, pomegranate, toasted almonds honey dressing

o   Grilled artichokes, garlic aioli

o   Beef tartare, shallots, cornichons, Dijon mustard, toast points

 

Second Course Choices

o   Fresh homemade Tagliatelle, prosciutto, peas, mushrooms light cream sauce

o   Fresh homemade Spaghetti al nero di sepia, shrimp, tomato sauce

 

Third Course choices:

o   Grilled Branzino, lemon butter, leeks white, white wine

o   NY strip steak, Barolo red wine reduction black truffles

o   Roasted Lamb loin, Port wine marinated red currants, Port wine reduction

 

Dessert choices:

o   Raspberry panna cotta

o   Chocolate almond layered cake
