  • Fresh homemade Gnudi, Gorgonzola, truffle essence

  •  Branzino , lemon butter, leeks, white wine

  • NY strip steak, bourbon red wine reduction, grainy mustard, cream

  • Hudson valley duck breast, Port wine marinated cherries, demi glaze
